    Welcome address

    Opening words from the Chief Nurse.
  3. 12.45pm – 2.30pm
    Interactive council booths open
    📍 Halls 1–3
    Play a game at each of the 7 booths and collect your stamps.
  4. 1pm – 2.30pm
    Live food stations
    📍 Hall 3
    Ice cream, laksa and churros while stocks last.
  5. 2.30pm – 3pm
    Shared Governance council showcase
    📍 Hall 2 stage
    Meet the councils behind the animals.
  6. 3pm – 3.45pm
    Sit-down session & lucky draw
    📍 Hall 2
    Scan the big-screen QR to check in, then the prize draw begins.
  7. 3.45pm – 4pm
    Closing & last call for gift redemption
